Had an amazing time during my vacation here, really glad I picked this place. the room had everything I needed which was super convenient. the location was perfect, with a cozy atmosphere and close to the recreational area 🌴.

We came with another couple to stay for the week, and had ample space for both parties. The location was great and the rooms were beautifully maintained. We felt like we were not bothered by anyone and had privacy.

The Mallory is a a beautiful quiet location with a nice marina , two pools and beautiful grounds.
My only complaint is that the fold out couch in the one bedroom units that is advertised for 4 people is not "sleepable" for man nor beast. We had to rent a single bed and the shortest person drew the couch unfolded.

Our room was well-kept and had a nice, breezy feel. the carpets could use a refresh, but that didn't ruin our stay. Being close to Smathers beach was a huge bonus 🏖️. the staff here were super helpful and knew how to handle any request we threw their way.

I loved the landscaping -- you felt buried deep in the jungle. Beautiful trees and brick pathways, a nice open air bar, little geckos scurrying about. The giant trees were highlighted at night with ground level green lights shooting upward, intensifying a jungle feeling. I also liked how the decor in the room was very"contemporary tropical" -- yes, there was the requisite tacky sea-faring printed bedspread but it was a luxury mattress. The kitchenette was very contemporary; flat screen TV, nice glass enclosure in the shower. It didn't feel like your grandma's cottage. However, it wasn't entirely kept in mint repair -- some holes in the bathroom wall, nicks in the white floor tiles. Still in all, much preferable to the usual frumpy hotel decor. Nice updated wicker and glass table on the patio and wide chairs. Plenty of pots and pans, iron, nice plates -- everything to ensure a nice stay.
The staff seems very unhappy -- not warm and friendly, but very flat and affectless. You must also agree to their strict rules, for example, you must gather your linens (and strip the bed) and leave them by the door upon departure. I didn't find this odious, however. Office is not open 24 hours.

It was easy to find.
Did not like that we had to strip the beds, leaving the linens by the door downstairs, empty all trash containers, fill the dishwasher with any used dishes, and have it started before we checked out at 10 am. If we did not do this, then there was a hefty fine. We only stayed two nights, not one week. I have stayed at many time share properties, but never have I had to strip the linens off the beds and bundle them by the door. There should have been a discount for Housekeeping services provided by us. This hotel is part of the Double Diamond and Interval Vacation System and it does not meet their standards.

The furniture in the room was very beautiful.
Very noisy, located between the airport and a very busy road. Staff not very kind.

Nice and peaceful area with Wifi and parking in front of the appartment. All commodities for a week stay.
The beds were not comfortable, a cockroach (cucaracha) entered in the toilet. For one night did not get the time to fully enjoy the place with a Check out at 10am - a bit early.

The rooms were very clean and spacecious. There were nice thick towels in the rooms. The balcony was nice. The kitchen was well equiped. The location with lots of palmtrees. The internet. the jacuizi.
They didn't serve coffee or food. The staff wasn't so friendly. For the pool they provide only two rediculous small and thin towels. The water of the pool was not heated. I found the resort quite pricy.
